Pre Completion (Handover/PCI) Inspection Brisbane

The Pre Completion Stage Inspection in Brisbane or Handover aka PCI inspection is the practical completion stage where the builder feels the house is almost completed and is fit for occupancy. We check over all surfaces, internal and external, including site conditions such as fencing, driveways and drainage and report on any items we find that do not comply with the Australian Standards as well as the Guide to Standards & Tolerances 2015.

Once your inspection has been carried out, a detailed and digital inspection report will be emailed to you outlining any defects identified against the aforementioned standards.
