Australian Property & Building Inspections conduct a building and pest inspection at no cost to the vendor or selling agent. The completed report is then on sold by the agent to prospective buyers, prior to auction or sale.
Under agreement with APBI Brisbane the selling agent receives $100.00 (GST Incl.) for each house inspection report sold and $90.00 (GST Incl.) for each apartment inspection report sold.
The building and pest inspection reports are sold to potential buyers prior to sale or auction at a cost of:
- $300.00 including GST for houses;
- $270.00 including GST for apartments.
Referrers are paid monthly as per the Agent Referral Agreement.
